Als Junior Einkäufer im Kunststoffeinkauf verhandelst du mit unseren internationalen Lieferanten und sorgst so für eine stabile Versorgung unserer Produktion. Zusammen mit unserer Qualitätsabteilung sowie Forschung und Entwicklung bist du bei der Neuentwicklung von Motorradkomponenten von Anfang an mit dabei. Gemeinsam mit deinen Kollegen arbeitest du in einem top-motivierten Einkaufs-Team. Wenn du bereits erste Berufserfahrung sammeln konntest und gerne Kosten optmierst, bist du an dieser Stelle genau richtig!
THE TASKS AWAITING YOU
- Einkauf von Produkten für die Fertigung unserer Serienfahrzeuge unter Berücksichtigung der Unternehmens- und Bereichsziele sowie der Warengruppenstrategien
- Anfrage und Vergabe von Neuteilen unter Berücksichtigung der definierten Prozesse
- laufende Verhandlung von Preis- u. Lieferkonditionen mit nationalen, wie auch internationalen Zulieferern
- enge Zusammenarbeit und laufende Abstimmung mit Forschung und Entwicklung, Produktion, Qualitätsmanagement und Cost Engineering
- Abstimmung technischer Vorgaben und Qualitätsrichtlinien mit Zulieferern
- Beurteilung und Auswahl von nationalen, wie auch internationalen Zulieferern in Zusammenarbeit mit dem Abteilungsleiter
- Vertragsverhandlung
HOW YOU CAN INSPIRE US
- abgeschlossene kaufmännische oder technische Ausbildung (HAK, HTL, FH, TU)
- Berufserfahrung im Bereich Einkauf, bzw. in einschlägigen technischen Bereichen vom Vorteil
- sehr gute Kenntnisse in MS Office
- sehr gute Englischkenntnisse, weitere Sprachkenntnisse von Vorteil
- kommunikative Persönlichkeit mit strukturierter ziel- und ergebnisorientierte Arbeitsweise
- ausgeprägte Teamorientierung sowie Durchsetzungsstärke und Verhandlungsgeschick
